If you’re interested in purchasing a puppy from Lakewood Dobermann Kennel, the first step is to please fill out the buyer questionnaire that will help us select a puppy that can best meet your needs and living situation and ensure success for the dog and the new owner. There are no wrong answers, please answer honestly and add anything that will help us determine what type of personality and characteristics you are searching for.

We require a $1,000 non-refundable deposit to be placed on the puppy waiting list. All of our puppies are registered with the American Kennel Club (AKC) and the price includes prepaid AKC limited registration, tail docked, and current on all vaccinations and deworming. Ear cropping IS NOT included, we can help you make arrangements upon request.

This questionnaire is not a binding contract, nor guarantees we have the perfect puppy for you; we will review your application and will be in touch with you via email or phone.

All of our dogs carry the DNA to produce both red & rust and black & rust offspring.
